Some ground rules.

These are set and enforced by the cobolworx.social moderators.

1. Be polite. No rock-throwing even if they're trolling.
   This is a company-sponsored/named Server. There are plenty of other servers glad to have you heaving rocks from them.
2. No knocking the opposition!
   If we discuss a competitor by name we should be comparative on the merits, the technical. Our opinions of others' tactics and opinions reflect badly on us. It's better to say nothing.
3. No religion or politics.
   We're a business, not activists for causes other than convincing them that no matter what they believe in it should be coded in GCC COBOL or, at worst, GnuCOBOL!
4. Puppy pictures are always OK. <snark>Cat pictures, not so much</snark>
   Need to bulk up the rules.
